Return Policy

At Wurth Machinery, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations or needs. That's why we've established a comprehensive returns policy to ensure you can shop with confidence. 

Whether you're a professional woodworker, metalworker, or a DIY enthusiast, we want to make sure you have the right tools and machinery for your projects. Please take a moment to review our returns policy below, which outlines the process for returning or exchanging items purchased from Wurth Machinery.

Return Process

  1. Log in to your Wurth Machinery account.
  2. Navigate to the "Order History" page.
  3. Locate your order and click on the Document # / Order # link.
  4. Scroll to the "Create Return Request" section at the bottom of the page.
  5. Select the items you wish to return and provide the reason.
  6. Choose between "Send replacement" or "Refund purchase".
  7. Add any additional comments explaining your return request.
  8. Click "Create return request" to submit.

Our Customer Service team will review your request and contact you with further instructions or a return shipping label if necessary.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, except for:
    • Defective or damaged merchandise received
    • Incorrect product shipped due to our error
    • Inaccurate product description on our website

Return Eligibility

At Wurth Machinery, we're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return new and unused item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise credit or exchange.

  • Returns are only processed for orders with a "Completed" status.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns.
  • Non-stock and special order items are not returnable.

A few important points to make sure you have a smooth return experience.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Special order items
  • Made-to-order items
  • Items with installation-related damage
  • Items damaged during return shipment due to improper packaging
  • "Final sale" items

Avoiding Restocking Fees

To avoid the 20% restocking fee, exchange the returned merchandise for items of equal or greater value at the time of return.

Documentation

Please include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your return as proof of purchase.
