Omal JOLLYCOLLA Precision Metering Glue Gun

A perfect complement for dowel construction for controlling the exact amount of glue to be deposited in the end panel prior to assembly in the case clamp.  Manual glue application from a squirt bottle can result in too much glue and the resultant clean up issues or failure due to hydraulic pressure when inserting the dowel or not enough glue and a starved glue joint and potential joint failure.

The automatic multifunctional glue dosing machine, Jollycolla is designed to deposit dosed quantities of glue either with continuous or impulse mode.

OMAL recommends Franklin High Tack Assembly Adhesive or similar adhesive for this automatic gluing machine.

Glues with lower than 4 ph are acidic and can slowly erode the tank welds thru an exothermic reaction.OMAL recommends using a plastic line tank with these types of adhesives.
